Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Damaged, altered, or visibly used items will not be accepted for return.
- Items on sale or customized orders are non-returnable.
Return Process

- After approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@stitchvastra.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
